Maintenance requests.

All you need to do is submit your maintenance and/or repair requests to us directly in writing. We ask that you be as detailed as possible so that we can process the request as quickly as possible. Attaching photos of the area(s) that need addressing is also strongly recommended.

In most cases, your maintenance/repair request must be approved by the landlord before any work can take place. We will liaise directly and diligently with the landlord so that we can address the specified issue as quickly as possible. Our friendly team of professionals are committed to giving you peace of mind.

Landlords must install, clean and test smoke alarms, as well as replace batteries before the start or renewal of a tenancy. However, tenants must clean, test and replace batteries over the course of the tenancy.
